Job summary

act digital is seeking an experienced DevOps / Cloud Platform Engineer for the Amadeus Travel Ready project. The role focuses on Azure-based cloud platforms, AKS, Kubernetes, and GitOps to build reliable, scalable services for airline identity and verification workflows.

The candidate will strengthen CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and enhance observability while collaborating with mobility and backend teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Solid production experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Knowledge of Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, and GitOps practices.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and/or GitLab CI/CD; familiarity with Helm and OpenShift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen reliability and scalability of the cloud-native platform.
• Secure and improve CI/CD pipelines for mobile and backend apps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Improve production stability, incident response, and observability.
• Establish GitOps-based deployment and configuration practices.
• Support developers to deliver changes faster and safely.
