The ideal candidate combines bold design thinking with rigorous attention to constructability, BIM coordination using Revit, and a track record of delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in architectural design, project management and construction documentation.
• Registered architect or licensure preferred.
• Strong BIM coordination and Revit expertise.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client communications.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the creative vision for projects across all stages, developing innovative concepts, spatial narratives, and architectural solutions that align with client goals and budget parameters.
• Oversee construction documentation, details, technical specifications, and tender documents with a focus on quality, code compliance, and constructability.
• Direct model production and workflow standards in Revit, ensuring coordination between architectural models and structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines.
• Lead, mentor, and resource architectural teams; manage milestones and budgets while fostering professional development.
• Engage with clients, contractors, municipal authorities, and external consultants to resolve design conflicts and facilitate approvals.
• Support construction administration with site visits, review of submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
