PrimeForge Manufacturing in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead the design and construction of diverse architectural projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.

You will develop detailed plans and 3D models using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, and oversee site visits, feasibility assessments, and compliance with Portuguese building codes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working on international projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the design process for architectural projects.
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients.
• Develop detailed plans blueprints and 3D models using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure project feasibility.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.
