As a Senior Architect in our firm located in Porto Portugal you will be responsible for leading and overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. We are seeking a skilled and experienced architect who is passionate about design, has strong leadership skills and is able to effectively manage a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present design proposals to clients with detailed drawings and models
• Create project timelines, budgets and schedules
• Lead a team of architects and collaborate with engineers, contractors and other professionals
• Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while meeting quality standards
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing as planned
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and zoning laws
• Resolve any design or construction issues that may arise during the project process

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• At least 5 years of experience working as an architect on various projects of different scales
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, codes and regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
