Qatar Wellness Network in Braga, Portugal is seeking a Senior Architect to oversee design and construction of diverse projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, minimum 5 years' experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Excellent leadership, communication, and detail orientation are essential for success in this full-time on-site role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all stages of architectural projects from concept development to completion
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction
• Review and approve plans, budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices
