TMC is seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience to join an international project and transform complex data into actionable business insights. You will build predictive models, analyze large datasets, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to unlock value from data.

You’ll design data science solutions from experimentation to production, present findings to technical and non-technical audiences, and contribute to best practices and data products.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or ML.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Ability to translate analysis into business value.
• Experience mentoring colleagues is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deploy predictive and machine learning models.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve key business challenges.
• Design and implement data science solutions from experimentation to production.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the continuous improvement of data products, models, and analytical frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and data science libraries.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and experimentation.
• Experience working with large datasets and modern data ecosystems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into business value.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and contributing to best practices is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, or Big Data technologies.
• Experience in Gaming, Retail, Financial Services, or other data-driven industries.
• Cloud certifications.
