About The Job Senior Data Scientist

We are recruiting a Senior Data Scientist (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or similar.
• 5 years of experience (minimum) in Data Science/Machine Learning environments.
• Strong experience with Python for ML/DL (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Proven experience developing and scaling ML/DL models in production.
• Experience with ML experimentation and tracking tools (MLflow, W&B, Databricks ML).
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for large-scale data manipulation.
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices (deployment, monitoring, retraining, drift management).
• Experience with big data platforms (Spark, Databricks) and cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, SageMaker or Vertex AI).
• Ability to communicate complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
• English: minimum B2 level (mandatory).
