Uma empresa de consultoria tecnológica em Lisboa procura um Cientista de Dados para desenvolver e implantar modelos de machine learning que resolvam problemas de negócios. O candidato ideal deve ter conhecimentos sólidos de Python e ferramentas de ML, com 3 a 5 anos de experiência em ambientes de Data Science. A posição oferece um ambiente tecnológico estimulante e oportunidades de progressão na carreira em projetos de reconhecimento nacional e internacional.

Qualificações

• Conhecimento sólido em Python e bibliotecas associadas.
• Familiaridade básica com PyTorch ou TensorFlow.
• Experiência sólida em análise exploratória de dados e engenharia de características.
• Fundamentos fortes em estatística e probabilidade.
• Experiência em construção e avaliação de modelos de ML.
• Habilidade em ferramentas de experimentação de ML.
• Familiaridade com plataformas de ML em nuvem.
• Experiência em visualização de dados.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e implantar modelos de machine learning.
• Realizar análise exploratória de dados e engenharia de características.
• Construir pipelines de dados e fluxos analíticos robustos.
• Projetar e conduzir experimentos de ML.
• Monitorar o desempenho do modelo e assegurar qualidade.
• Comunicar insights a partes interessadas.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models (supervised & unsupervised) to solve business problems
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and feature engineering
• Build robust data pipelines and analytical workflows
• Design and run ML experiments, including tuning and validation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Monitor model performance and ensure quality, reliability, and scalability
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to MLOps practices, including versioning and deployment lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Strong Python knowledge (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn)
• Basic familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Solid experience with EDA and feature engineering
• Strong foundation in statistics and probability (hypothesis testing, inference, distributions)
• Experience building and evaluating ML models (tuning, validation, cross-validation)
• Experience with ML experimentation tools (MLflow, W&B, Databricks ML)
• Familiarity with Cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI)
• Data visualization experience (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Understanding of MLOps fundamentals (model registry, versioning, deployment lifecycle)
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Science environments
• Experience building and deploying production-level models
• English proficiency (minimum B2)
