Fountain is seeking a data/analytics engineer to design agentic development workflows and push data capabilities into the product. You will build evaluation layers, enable agentic analytics for non-technical teams, and work with GTM, Finance, Product, and Support to drive adoption across the business.

You will stay hands-on in the platform, shaping data models, pipelines, and governance for a multi-tenant environment while shipping production-ready solutions with a strong preference for agentic

Qualificações

• 5+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities.
• Hands-on with dbt and an orchestrator (Dagster preferred).
• Strong Python programming and software engineering habits.
• Shipped agentic or LLM-powered systems to production.
• Solid data governance and handling of PII in multi-tenant environments.
• Ability to influence and mentor others in a team setting.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build the agentic development workflow for the data team.
• Push that reach upstream into the product and verify data architecture.
• Build the evaluation layer with regression suites and observability.
• Develop agentic analytics capabilities for non-technical teams.
• Drive adoption across GTM, Finance, Product and Support.
• Stay hands-on in the platform and fix issues in codebase.
