Ingenious Lion, a Digital Tech Hub for Publicis Groupe, seeks a Principal Data & AI Architect to set technical direction for OneSuite data products and their integration into the Performics platform. Qualificações

• At least ten years of experience in backend, data platform, or distributed systems.
• Hands-on production experience building with LLMs and agent frameworks.
• Experience architecting agent and tool-runtime systems.
• Expertise in Python, API design, and modern testing practices.
• Strong AWS serverless experience and data security knowledge.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Own backend and data architecture across marketing data pipelines and APIs.
• Turn platform needs into incremental technical plans balancing reliability and security.
• Lead evolution of data pipelines with data quality, schema enforcement, and lineage.
• Harden ingestion from external marketing platforms and related APIs.
• Architect backend services and tool runtimes with secure multi-tenant access.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and access controls.
• Write production-ready code and integrate with external APIs and cloud services.
• Build deployment pipelines with tracing, logging, metrics, and alerts.
• Mentor engineers in agentic systems and drive engineering standards.
