Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with data engineering and RDBMS.
• Experience delivering agile programs (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Ability to communicate with executives, peers and staff with impact.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage end-to-end data engineering delivery on client engagements.
• Coordinate directly with client stakeholders to understand needs and align on data strategy.
• Own data-specific project communications between clients, consultants, and data engineers.
• Build and maintain integrated project schedules accounting for dependencies and constraints.
• Identify blocking issues and manage their resolution.
• Negotiate features and priorities to reach team/client consensus.
• Provide business context to engineers and represent the team’s systems to stakeholders.
