Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Development to lead data insights for token services and fraud analysis. You will extract and interpret data to inform product decisions, collaborate across teams, and help shape the product roadmap with a data-driven approach.

You will work in a data-centric role focused on analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement to optimize end-user experiences and security in digital payments across digital wallets.

Qualificações

• Hands on experience in data manipulation and data analysis.
• Intermediate level in SQL and databases.
• Data warehouse and data tools, for example Tableau/Splunk/data cubes…
• Expertise in extracting data based on requirements and then building reports with accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to read and interpret data.
• Experience contributing data-driven product ideas accepted by senior leaders.
• Proficient Excel or similar spreadsheets.
• Ideally some experience of testing and software quality.
• Ideally some experience in fraud analysis and prevention.
• Understands business context and customer use cases.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Improve team processes that accelerate product development and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the team’s data and analytics expert, delivering high-quality data, reports and insights.
• Identify reporting gaps and collaborate to address them.
• Support cross-functional data requests and dashboard needs.
• Leverage PM frameworks to manage ongoing product enhancements.
• Deploy test and learn experiments to optimize user and customer experience.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven product decisions.
