Qualificações

• Independence and autonomous work experience.
• Experience delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (Scrum/Kanban).
• Data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across teams.
• Ability to debate delivery strategy with business and tech stakeholders.
• Strong communication to executives, peers, and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end data engineering delivery for one or more client engagements.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to align on data strategy and communicate between clients, consultants, and engineers.
• Maintain integrated project schedules with dependencies and constraints, flagging and resolving blockers.
• Negotiate features and priorities to achieve consensus between teams and clients.
• Provide business context to engineers and present team concepts to stakeholders.
