Pentagon Technical Services are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a major data centre project in Portugal. You will coordinate contractors, manage safety, quality and programme delivery on site.

You will be a key on-site lead, driving progress, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs and client expectations on a high-profile data centre project in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Construction Project Manager/Construction Manager on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and on-site delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day construction delivery across the project.
• Coordinate main contractors, subcontractors and trades.
• Monitor programme, progress, quality and construction performance.
• Lead site coordination meetings and drive actions to completion.
• Work with client, consultants, engineers and project team.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Identify construction risks and develop solutions.
