Clear. is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the full electrical scope of multi-megawatt data centre construction projects in Sines, Portugal.

You will supervise installation, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to meet programme, budget, and safety targets. Qualificações

• 10+ years' experience delivering large electrical projects.
• Data centre experience is highly desirable.
• Trade background and/or qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all electrical construction and installation activities across the project lifecycle.
• Manage electrical design interfaces with internal teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Monitor programme milestones, budgets, quality standards and client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear communication.
• Drive productivity and project performance through daily and weekly planning.
• Promote Health, Safety and Quality standards across all activities.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise delays.
• Manage labour, materials, plant and resources to optimise efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and support project teams including engineers and foremen.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure safe site operations.
• Review and approve project documentation and site records; track and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present weekly project reports covering HSE, progress, procurement, variations, risks.
