Aubay Portugal is seeking a senior cybersecurity project manager to lead complex security initiatives across diverse sectors. The role blends strategic planning, risk management and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on maintaining scope, budget, and timelines.

Required are 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering and at least 3 years in project management, plus strong English and French communication.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity Engineering and at least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing projects in complex, collaborative environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in cybersecurity domains such as IAM and Network Security.
• Professional cybersecurity management certifications (CISSP, CISA) or frameworks (NIST) are a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (B2) and English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with technical resources during all project phases.
• Manage projects with top-down oversight to ensure success with scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor project progress and provide detailed scheduled reports on milestones and deliverables.
• Perform risk management to identify risks and mitigations.
• Communicate proactively with project team members to identify problems and implement improvements.
