Inetum Portugal is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager (French Speaker) to lead a portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role requires strong leadership, risk management, and collaboration to deliver on time and within scope.

Hybrid work model (50% onsite, 50% remote) with availability to travel within Portugal and internationally where required. French language proficiency at C1 is a key requirement for coordinating with client teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in engineering or related roles.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains (IAM, Network Security).
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements from design through implementation.
• Lead project execution with end-to-end ownership, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor and report on project progress using KPIs, milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, defining and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across teams, promoting best practices and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, Development, etc.) to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity projects. You will be responsible for overseeing initiatives from initial concept through to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements from design through implementation.
