PrimeIT is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Control Officer to join our Cyber Program across Europe, focusing on governance, risk and compliance across multiple regions. You will support cybersecurity strategy execution and contribute to maturity development.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, risk and compliance teams, challenge evidence, and help automate processes with AI-enabled use cases while translating technical concepts into clear recommendations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, governance, compliance or security program management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity risks, frameworks, standards and best practices.
• Ability to assess controls, challenge evidence and ensure procedures are followed.
• Understanding of IT processes, assets and solutions.
• Experience with cybersecurity maturity frameworks and assessment methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and executive presentations.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint and Power Automate is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and practical use cases is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor delivery, milestones, risks and dependencies for cybersecurity programs.
• Prepare governance materials, schedules, meeting minutes and action tracking.
• Serve as point of contact for projects and stakeholders with progress follow-up.
• Collect and challenge cybersecurity evidence from project teams.
• Align with cybersecurity frameworks and track remediation actions.
• Perform maturity assessments and improve reporting and indicators.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes in evidence collection and reporting.
• Support automation and AI-enabled use cases in cybersecurity operations.
• Translate complex IT topics into clear, actionable recommendations.
