Decskill is seeking a Cybersecurity Control Officer to join our growing team across Europe, based in Porto. You will drive governance, risk assessment, and compliance initiatives for the Cyber Program, partnering with security, risk, IT, and business stakeholders.

This role requires translating complex technical topics into executive insights, defining KPIs, and identifying automation opportunities using AI/LLM tools and Power BI workflows.

Qualificações

• Experience in cybersecurity controls and risk assessment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to executives.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and control frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Support execution of cybersecurity strategy across regions.
• Monitor delivery, risks, and governance; escalate issues.
• Prepare project governance materials and minutes.
• Validate evidence of compliance and remediation closure.
• Develop KPIs and standardize reporting.
• Identify automation opportunities in program activities.
