Jobgether is partnering to recruit a Senior CRM Manager (Monetisation) based in Portugal. You will own CRM-led monetization initiatives, design customer journeys across the lifecycle, and execute high-volume campaigns with precision.

Work closely with Growth, Analytics, Design, Product and Engineering to align CRM strategies with business goals. This role emphasizes experimentation, data analysis, and scalable CRM processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional CRM experience with monetization focus.
• Strong technical CRM setup and campaign automation skills.
• Experience with segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CRM monetization initiatives and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
• Design and manage lifecycle journeys across acquisition, engagement, retention and win-back.
• Execute high volumes of campaigns with timeliness and quality.
• Develop audience segmentation and testing strategies to improve performance.
• Maintain and improve the A/B testing framework and deliverability.
• Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Design, Product and Engineering.
