HDR is seeking experienced Commissioning Engineers/Managers to join our European team. The role involves leading the full commissioning lifecycle across multiple locations including Germany, Portugal, Spain, and the Netherlands.

You will develop plans, execute tests, manage documentation, and coordinate with clients and contractors. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in commissioning, strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services, and a proactive, detail‑driven mindset.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of commissioning experience.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
• Capable of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the entire commissioning process.
• Developing commissioning plans, schedules, reports, checklists, and test scripts.
• Certifications strategies and third-party buy-in.
• Data management in project software and routine progress reporting.
• Support design and tender documentation.
• Attend project meetings representing mechanical commissioning.
• Coordinate test instrumentation and factory tests.
• Provide technical advice to clients on project risk.
