Job summary

Lightsource bp in Lisbon is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of PV, BESS and Wind projects from Financial Close through commissioning. Based in our Lisbon office, you will travel to project sites and support the EPC/ICP teams while ensuring safety, quality and budget compliance.

You will work in a matrix organization across multiple regions, engaging with internal teams, contractors and lenders.

Qualifications

• Construction or Project Management related formal qualifications, ideally in engineering.
• Strong understanding of HSE obligations in construction.
• Knowledge of project management systems and procedures in construction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project management and oversight of contractor performance during construction.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Support interface with stakeholders during construction and energization phases.
• Lead coordination with internal teams to improve procedures and specifications.
