The role requires independent leadership, strong English communication, and familiarity with FinTech environments, contributing to cross-functional risk and operations initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience in end-to-end collections operations or debt recovery.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with FinTech environments and risk-oriented workflows.
