Qualifications

• Senior‑level cloud support or platform engineering experience.
• Fluent English communication for incidents and cross‑team work.
• Hands‑on AWS production experience (2+ years).
• Kubernetes in production (2+ years) with Docker and Linux knowledge.
• Terraform for infra provisioning and Helm for deployments.
• On‑call pager duty experience and incident ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud platform support across AWS, GCP, Azure and OpenStack.
• Configure and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networks and IAM.
• Lead on‑call incident response and post‑mortem actions.
• Manage multi‑cloud deployments and governance best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to maintain reliability.
