Decskill, a Portugal-based IT consulting company, is seeking a Senior Developer to join our Iberian Cloud & DevOps team. You will help build IDP features, automate platforms, and drive devops initiatives across AWS and on-prem environments.

You will work with a wide tech stack including Github, MongoDB, Terraform, ArgoCD, ELK, Grafana, and more. Strong English is required to collaborate across teams.

Qualificações

• Experience with Github, MongoDB, Kafka, Terraform, ArgoCD, and observability tools.
• Knowledge of IDP (Internal Developer Platform) and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms and automation; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the IDP as a product with self-service capabilities.
• Converge Iberian platforms to a single automation/dev platform (AWS + GitOps).
• Converge observability platform (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Jaeger).
• Support CI/CD framework adoption across teams.
• Train development teams in Cloud, IaC, and DevOps.

Mission

Cloud Engineer for solutions involving the creation, management, automation, and orchestration of different in-house and external platforms:

Responsibilities

• Construction of IDP as a product (Self Service);


• Iberian convergence to a single automation and development platform (AWS + GitOps);


• Iberian convergence to a single observability platform (ELK + Prometheus + Alert Manager + Grafana + Loki + Jaeger);


• Maintenance and upgrade of IDP in hyperscaler and on-prem formats;


• Maintenance and upgrade of IDP in hyperscaler and on-prem formats;


• Maintenance and evolution of the platforms mentioned in clause 1;


• Intra- and extra-team support in the application of the CI/CD framework;


• Intra- and extra-team support in the implementation of pipeline templates;


• Intra- and extra-team support in extending the pipeline template framework;


• Support in training development teams in the areas of Cloud, IaC, and DevOps;


• Creation and implementation of artificial intelligence mechanisms for self-service and platform orchestration (Agentic / Personas / Automation Workflows /Self Service).
