You will drive end-to-end process analysis, lean improvements, and automation initiatives while coordinating a global delivery team and stakeholders to deliver measurable value for the business.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading high-performing delivery teams globally.
• Certified Six Sigma or Lean Black Belt with experience in re-designing complex processes.
• Experience leading high-profile projects and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated with strong analytical mindset.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of an innovative pipeline of complex process re-engineering opportunities.
• Oversee lean end-to-end process analysis and simplification across multiple functions.
• Coordinate process re-engineering and automation initiatives with SMEs and technical specialists.
• Drive change management activities and stakeholder engagement to enable go-live.
