Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience owning and converting inbound leads across full sales cycle.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRMs and digital sales platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the inbound sales pipeline from qualification to contract.
- Engage property owners, investors, and selected B2B prospects with Host Wise solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle including proposal, negotiation and signature.
- Maintain CRMs and forecasts with accurate progress through stages.
- Meet SLAs and ensure high-quality sales experience.
