Job summary We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Business Architecture & Integration team within Springer Nature Technology's Portfolio & Governance Office. The role operates at the intersection of business strategy, technology and organisational change. You will drive discovery activity, and support investment decision-making, portfolio management and strategic initiatives by helping stakeholders understand problems, evaluate opportunities and make informed decisions. You will work across complex and often ambiguous environments, collaborating with business leaders, technology teams, Enterprise Architecture, Customer Experience and operational stakeholders. As a senior practitioner, you will influence stakeholders, facilitate effective decision‑making, mentor colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Business Analysis discipline.
