Rumos offers senior IT/Business Analysis opportunities in Lisbon-Porto hybrid environments. You will analyze end-to-end processes, translate business needs into functional specs and user stories, and manage change backlogs across financial systems and legacy dependencies.

The role requires a degree in IT, 6+ years in similar roles, strong SQL/data extraction skills, and excellent stakeholder communication. A proactive, detailed-oriented, continuous-improvement mindset is essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Experience in end-to-end process analysis and functional design.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Experience managing and prioritizing change request backlogs.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management, production support and impact analysis, including legacy systems and dependencies.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar tools for reporting and data extraction.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements to production deployment.
• Experience with financial systems or platforms, namely payments, asset management or banking systems, will be considered an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate with different audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Experience conducting business user interviews and workshops, and acting as a link between development teams and product stakeholders.
• Ability to train and support business users and junior analysts.
• Fluency in English.
• Structured, rigorous and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Collaborative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and an interest in industry trends and best practices.
