Rumos SA in Lisbon/Porto seeks a Delivery Manager fluent in French to lead cross-functional delivery planning and governance. You will coordinate Engineering, QA, Support, Infrastructure, Web, Backend, and Mobile teams, ensuring on-time milestones and compliant production releases.

The role requires Agile experience, strong risk and incident management, and the ability to navigate a distributed organization. Hybrid work arrangement is available in Lisbon and Porto.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• Proven IT delivery management experience.
• Experience with Agile teams and software engineering practices.
• Strong delivery planning, risk and incident management, and production releases knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders in a distributed organization.
• French fluency and good English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain delivery plans based on priorities, capacity, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Engineering, QA, Support, Infrastructure, Web, Backend, and Mobile teams.
• Monitor delivery commitments, milestones, risks, blockers, and corrective actions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure accurate tracking in Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate releases, production deployments, Go/No-Go decisions, and post-release follow-up.
• Lead operational incidents and root cause analysis with preventive actions.
• Manage RUN activities of the current Izly platform and migration projects.

• Develop and maintain delivery plans based on priorities, capacity, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate Engineering, QA, Support, Infrastructure, Web, Backend, and Mobile teams
• Monitor delivery commitments, milestones, risks, blockers, and corresponding corrective actions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure accurate tracking and documentation in Jira and Confluence

• Lead the coordination of operational incidents, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventive actions
• Manage the operations and RUN activities of the current Izly platform
• Lead Collect.Online migration activities, legacy system support, and application decommissioning
• Provide clear reporting on delivery status and elevate issues requiring management decisions
• Support continuous improvement across delivery, RUN activities, documentation, and team collaboration

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in IT delivery management, technical project management, or a similar coordination role
• Experience with software engineering teams in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, and production releases
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders within a distributed organization
• Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or application migration will be considered an advantage
• Fluent in French
• Good knowledge of English
• communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to challenge unrealistic commitments and elevate risks in a timely manner
