A Rumos Group procura um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Software com experiência avançada em C# .NET para integrar equipa de desenvolvimento, com foco em migração para Azure e qualidade de código. O candidato trabalhará em ambiente bancário, com práticas modernas de DevOps e desenvolvimento orientado a testes.

Requisitos: formação superior em Engenharia ou IT, 6+ anos de experiência, .NET 4.8+/Core 8, CQRS/DDD, EF Core, Dapper, Git/Gitflow, SQL Server/Azure SQL, Azure Cloud e fluência em PT/EN.

• Conhecimento de Azure Cloud (SQL, Pipelines, Repos, Blob, App Service).
• Fluência em Português e Inglês.
• Boas competências de comunicação e trabalho em equipa.

Responsabilidades

• Trabalhar em equipa com vários engenheiros C# .NET, Tech Lead, QA e Product Owner.
• Desenvolver em ambiente Agile e migrar aplicações para a cloud Azure.
• Aplicar boas práticas de desenvolvimento, com foco em escalabilidade e fiabilidade.
• Colaborar com especialistas (Azure Architect, DBA, Agile Coach).
• Participar ou liderar knowledge sharing e recrutamento de novos talentos.

• Higher education degree in Engineering or Information Technology;
• Professional experience across all stages of an application's lifecycle;
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in C# .NET development;
• Proven experience with C# .NET Framework (4.8 or above) and .NET Core 8;
• Proficiency in CQRS and DDD;
• Solid knowledge of Dapper and EF Core;
• Experience with GIT and Gitflow;
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance;
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, namely Azure SQL Database, Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure Blob Storage, App Service and App Configuration;
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Good ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Team composed of several C# .NET developers, a Tech Lead, a QA Engineer and a Product Owner;
• Participation in development in an Agile environment and in the processes of transitioning applications to the Azure cloud;
• Development of solutions taking into consideration the specific requirements and constraints of the banking sector;
• Application of good development practices, namely Software Craftsmanship, Clean Code, TDD and automation, with a focus on scalability and reliability;
• Collaboration with different specialists, namely an Agile Coach, Azure Architect and DBA;
• Participation in and/or leading knowledge-sharing conferences and collaboration in the recruitment of new talent.
