Job summary

Zühlke is seeking a Senior Brand & Visual Designer who will own our visual brand expression across campaigns, presentations, social media and internal communications. The role is hands-on: you will design yourself and help evolve how design works at Zühlke with strong guidelines, smart tools, AI and enablement.

Create and evolve visual concepts and assets, translate positioning into compelling visuals, and maintain brand guidelines and templates.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in visual, graphic or brand design.
• Excellent visual judgement and ability to translate ideas into compelling design.
• Hands-on design skills across formats, with presentation design capabilities.
• Interest in performance and optimization through A/B testing and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Create and evolve visual concepts and assets for campaigns, presentations, social media, reports, events and internal communications.
• Translate positioning and topics into compelling visual solutions; maintain brand guidelines and templates.
• Review materials and brief external partners to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with digital and campaign teams to apply performance insights and scale brand tools.
