Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our banking IT team, focusing on wealth management, securities, or FX order management. You will design and execute comprehensive test scenarios across the PMS domain, with strong SQL data analysis and collaboration with international teams.

You will translate business needs into detailed specifications, support UAT activities, and provide ongoing clarifications to developers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Senior Business Analyst in banking IT.
• Experience in wealth management, securities, or FX order management.
• Proficient in functional testing, test case design, and end-to-end validation.
• Strong SQL data analysis skills and experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with international distributed teams.
• Fluent English for an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases for PMS domain.
• Analyze test results, manage defects, and perform data investigations using SQL.
• Support UAT by preparing scenarios, data, and assisting business users.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Provide clarifications to development teams throughout the lifecycle.
