Job summary

Capgemini Portugal seeks a Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders, translating requirements into functional specifications and enabling process optimization. You will document use cases and acceptance criteria while supporting development and testing in a banking-focused environment.

The role requires 3+ years of BA experience, knowledge of banking customer processes, strong requirements analysis, and ability to write functional tests, with agile/scrum exposure and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Knowledge of the banking sector, especially in customer-related areas.
• Experience writing functional requirements and test cases.
• Experience with Scrum methodology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
