Job summary

A IRIUM procura um Senior Backend Java Developer para um projeto internacional com foco em aplicações empresariais escaláveis e arquiteturas de microserviços. O(a) profissional irá projetar, desenvolver e manter serviços backend de alto desempenho com APIs RESTful e GraphQL.

Regime híbrido em Lisboa, 40 horas/semana, 3 dias no local e 2 remotos. Salário mensal entre 2.800€ e 3.100€ bruto, com oportunidades de desenvolvimento profissional, seguro de saúde e compensação flexível.

Qualifications

• Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência profissional em Java Backend.
• Experiência como Senior em Java Backend (8+ anos).
• Sólida experiência em Java, Spring Boot e arquitetura de microserviços.
• Desenhar, desenvolver e manter serviços backend escaláveis, seguros e de alto desempenho.

Aqui, prepara-te para conquistares as tuas metas, enquanto desfrutas do caminho.We are currently looking for a Senior Backend Java Developer to join an international technology project focused on scalable enterprise applications and modern microservices architectures.

Required Competencies

• Confirmed: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Java Backend development.
• Senior: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Java Backend development.
• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience designing, developing and maintaining scalable, secure and high-performance backend services.
• Development and integration of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
• Experience with authentication and authorization solutions, including Keycloak, Okta, OIDC and RBAC.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as AWS SQS and Solace.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with automated testing, Git, Code Reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with code quality and security tools, including SonarQube and Snyk.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of React and integration with frontend applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Portuguese and English C1 — mandatory.
• Candidates must currently reside in Portugal.

Preferred Competencies

• Experience in e-commerce, digital commerce platforms or complex enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud architectures and Kubernetes.
• Experience with performance optimization, scalability and application security.
• Experience defining architectural standards and participating in technical design decisions.
• Previous experience mentoring developers and conducting technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Experience producing Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), technical documentation and runbooks.
• Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.

RegimeHybrid – Lisbon, Portugal3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week.

Full-time – 40 hours per week.

Candidates must reside in Portugal.

Monthly Gross Salary€2,800–€3,100 gross per month.
