Sensor Tower is seeking a Software Engineer to join a distributed, engineering-led team. You will tackle large data volumes and build features end-to-end, from design to delivery, ensuring fast, reliable access for customers.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement of backend services. Experience with Ruby on Rails or Python is required, with AWS and frontend tech like TypeScript/React a plus. This is a remote-friendly opportunity with global collaboration.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Strong foundation in programming, algorithms, and software design.
• Good understanding of RESTful systems and API design.
• Basic exposure to cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails (or Python with willingness to learn Rails).

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the full development life cycle from design to release.
• Implement full feature ideas from architecture to backend delivery.
• Optimize endpoints touching large data volumes and profile Ruby/DB performance.
• Conduct code reviews and propose tooling/process improvements.
• Contribute to projects like SDK Insights and backend enhancements.
