Nitro Shared Services is seeking a Senior Back End Software Engineer to design, build, and operate foundational services for Nitro Engineering. You will work across a polyglot codebase (Python, Go, Rust, Java) and own services end to end from spec to deployment, observability, and production support on AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong hands-on in at least two of Python, Go, Rust, Java.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and modern tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable shared services and internal APIs.
• Own services from spec to deployment, observability, and support.
• Work across Python, Go, Rust, Java in a polyglot codebase.
