Emotion Mobility seeks a Senior Backend Developer to join the Engineering team in Oeiras, Portugal, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days in the office. You will design, implement, and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and databases while adhering to security and quality standards.

Responsibilities span architecture discussions, code reviews, and full SDLC involvement, using Git in an Agile/Scrum setting. 5+ years of experience and right to work in Portugal are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong C# and .NET expertise.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Practical knowledge of Dependency Injection.
• Relational databases and SQL proficiency.
• Git and version control best practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to work from Oeiras office 3 days per week.
• Existing right to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET.
• Build and optimise RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Participate in architecture and system design discussions.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold quality and security standards.
• Work with relational SQL databases focusing on integrity and performance.
• Apply DI and clean code practices.
• Contribute across the full development lifecycle—design, test, deploy, support.
• Manage source code and workflows with Git.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment and help with sprint planning.
