Vodafone is seeking a motivated Backend Software Engineer to join the Digital Experience Layer (DxL) engineering team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain backend services powering digital channels and customer-facing applications.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, and QA to build scalable, secure, and high-performing backend solutions using cloud-native microservices and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Understanding of REST APIs and backend development.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture principles.
• Experience with Git and Maven.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito).
• Exposure to Docker and containerized apps is a plus.
