1GLOBAL is seeking a senior backend engineer to shape and maintain our Network API, xSIM Management System, and Recording Platforms. You’ll design scalable, secure architectures and implement high‑quality features across microservices in a global, remote‑first team.

With 6+ years of backend experience (Go preferred, Java welcome), you’ll work on distributed systems, databases, and modern cloud‑native stacks, contributing to testing, observability, and efficient delivery in an international

Qualificações

• 6+ years of backend development experience, preferably with Go; Java welcome.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, asynchronous workflows, IPC and synchronization.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs with good performance.
• Proven work with relational and non-relational databases and data modelling.
• Proficient in unit/integration testing and benchmarks with a test-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and scalable architectures.
• Hands-on with DevOps: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiar with Git workflows, code reviews, and Agile practices.
• Excellent English communication for a remote, asynchronous environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate effort estimates to support roadmap planning and stakeholder expectations.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, fault-tolerant architectures across components.
• Develop new features and support existing Network API, xSIM Management, and Recording Platforms.
• Contribute incremental improvements that fit existing codebases and standards.
• Maintain and upgrade solutions to keep them modern, efficient, and reliable.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth development processes and shared understanding.
• Write and maintain comprehensive tests to ensure fast regression and reliable validation.
• Implement monitoring and observability procedures to track platform health.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and maintainability.
• Document technical details and take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery.
