Job summary

Leyton in Lisbon is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to drive opportunities in corporate tax and international VAT across mid to large enterprises. You will engage senior stakeholders and manage the full sales cycle from identification to closing.

The role emphasizes translating complex fiscal regulations into compelling commercial value, with travel as needed and the chance to contribute to Leyton's international tax portfolio through a collaborative, high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales of professional consulting services in corporate tax, international VAT/TVA, or international financial products.
• Solid understanding of international VAT mechanisms, fiscal compliance, and cross-border business challenges.
• Strong drive for active prospecting, opening new markets, and translating complex fiscal regulations into clear commercial value propositions.
• Fluency in French, German, or Spanish.
• Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Management, or similar areas.
• Autonomous, proactive, results-oriented, with excellent communication and corporate networking skills; willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Responsibilities

• Identifying business opportunities across medium to large companies and engaging with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, Tax Directors, and CEOs.
• Actively prospecting and acquiring new corporate clients facing international tax and VAT compliance challenges.
• Presenting technical and strategic value propositions aligned with international VAT principles and cross-border trade optimization.
• Managing the full sales cycle in a consultative manner, from initial opportunity identification through to negotiation and closing.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and internal expert consulting teams to ensure effective solutions delivery.
• Contributing to market analysis and the strategic positioning of Leyton’s international tax product portfolio.
