Capgemini Portugal is hiring a Senior Automation QA Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions across the development lifecycle. You will create and execute UI, API, integration, and end-to-end tests using Playwright, collaborating with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to embed quality.

You will define test scenarios, identify risks, and ensure release readiness through CI/CD pipelines.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and modern Quality Engineering practices.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or an equivalent language.
• Experience with UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of SaaS applications, web technologies, and REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-first mindset.
