SummitLab in Porto is seeking a Senior Architecture Manager to lead a team of architects and oversee design and construction projects. You will conduct site visits, review plans and drawings, and manage budgets and timelines while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure client specifications and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in architectural management, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Manager
• Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes and regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus

Senior Architecture Manager – Responsibilities

As a Senior Architecture Manager you will oversee all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in Porto.
