As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of architects to ensure the successful completion of various construction projects in Porto, Portugal. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop project plans and allocate resources accordingly
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is following architectural plans and specifications
• Review and approve all architectural designs before submission for approval
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
• Coordinate with external consultants such as engineers or contractors when necessary
• Manage project budgets and expenses to stay within allocated funds

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role
• Previous experience managing a team is preferred
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction materials
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Salary: This is a contract position offering a salary of 1100$ per month.
