SummitLogic in Porto, Portugal, seeks an Architecture Manager to oversee design and construction of diverse projects. You will lead a team of architects, ensure timely delivery, and manage budgets and resources.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management or similar.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or SketchUp with strong leadership and communication.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Porto Portugal As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects managing a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and development of architectural plans for new construction projects
• Manage a team of architects providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Review and approve project budgets schedules and resources
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications
• Make recommendations for improvements or changes to project plans as needed
• Ensure all projects adhere to building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
• Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients contractors and stakeholders
• Knowledge of building codes safety regulations and legal requirements for construction projects
