Qualificações

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of licensed experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
• Fluent in English; Portuguese a plus

We are in search of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faro Portugal. As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for leading the design and construction of various architectural projects ensuring that they meet all technical and aesthetic requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee architectural plans and designs for various projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
• Supervise junior architects and ensure the quality of their work
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Provide guidance on material selection construction techniques and sustainability practices
• Stay updated on industry trends technologies and materials

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other design software
• Strong understanding of building codes regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Fluent in English Portuguese is a plus

Salary

This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
