The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with at least 3 years of design experience, strong communication, and knowledge of building codes and sustainability practices.

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Faro Portugal As an Architectural Designer you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects Your role will involve collaborating with clients and team members conducting site visits and using CAD software to create detailed plans and drawings The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role Strong communication and time management skills are essential for success in this position

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
• Create detailed architectural plans using CAD software
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information
• Make adjustments to designs based on client feedback and budget constraints
• Ensure that all designs meet building codes safety regulations and environmental standards
• Work closely with other team members such as engineers contractors and interior designers
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends new materials and construction techniques
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Strong understanding of building codes safety regulations and environmental standards
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Time management skills to effectively handle multiple projects at once

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience with sustainable design practices
• Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as SketchUp or Rhino
• Familiarity with project management software
• Fluency in Portuguese
