Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects to successfully deliver architectural projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Review and approve architectural designs and drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university.
• Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software is required.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team toward successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.
