• Review designs for accuracy, functionality and building codes
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and provide innovative solutions
• Manage project resources including personnel allocation, materials procurement and equipment rentals
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff members

As a Senior Architecture Manager you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of architectural projects in our firm located in Faro Portugal Your role will involve leading and coordinating a team of architects engineers and designers to ensure the successful completion of projects You will need to have a deep understanding of architectural principles design techniques and construction methods In addition to your technical expertise you must also possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients contractors and team members

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects engineers and designers to deliver high-quality architectural projects within budget and on schedule
• Oversee the planning design and construction phases of projects from conception to completion
• Develop project proposals budgets schedules and contracts
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
• Review designs for accuracy functionality and adherence to building codes
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements
• Manage project resources including personnel allocation materials procurement equipment rentals etc
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff members

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and design techniques
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software programs
• Familiarity with construction methods and building codes
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary $1600 per month negotiable based on experience

Location Faro candidates with own visa preferred
