ARIFA STUDIO is seeking a Senior Architect with strong BIM experience and an interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation and process innovation. You will lead architectural projects, coordinate BIM processes, and contribute to new workflows and digital solutions to improve project quality and collaboration.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Architecture, 5+ years of experience, advanced Revit skills, and fluent English.

ARIFA STUDIO is seeking a Senior Architect with strong BIM experience and an interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation and process innovation. The successful candidate will lead architectural projects, coordinate BIM processes and contribute to the development of new workflows, standards and digital solutions that improve project quality, efficiency and collaboration across the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and develop architectural projects through concept design, planning approval, and construction documentation stages.
• Support construction phase activities and coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of internal project methodologies and quality standards.
• Coordinate BIM processes and ensure interoperability across disciplines and software platforms.
• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM libraries, templates, standards, and knowledge databases to improve consistency and productivity.
• Support the implementation and evolution of the company's digital strategy through the adoption of new tools and methodologies.
• Optimize, standardize, and automate technical, administrative, and quality-control processes.
• Implement AI solutions applied to architectural practice, including document analysis, regulatory research, technical knowledge management, and decision support.
• Test and deploy AI solutions for design development, image generation, document automation, data analysis, and intelligent workflows.
• Monitor and assess the efficiency, impact, and return on investment of digital and AI solutions.

Required Profile

• Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience (5-10 years preferred).
• Advanced Revit skills and proven BIM project experience.
• Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate teams.
• Experience in multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Strong understanding of planning, technical design, construction documentation, and site coordination.
• Demonstrated interest in digital transformation and AI applications within the AECO sector.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Autodesk AEC Collection tools including Forma, Insight, Navisworks, ReCap, FormIt, AutoCAD, and others.
• Knowledge of PyRevit.
• BIM Management and BIM Coordination experience.
• Experience developing BIM libraries, parametric families, and project templates.
• Knowledge of process automation and digital platform integration.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM Collaborate Pro, Dalux, or other CDE platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Veras, Midjourney, PeleAI, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar.
• International professional experience and additional language skills.
• Experience on construction sites and/or with contractors, developers, project management, supervision, or technical consultancy.
• Knowledge of sustainability, low-carbon construction, prefabrication, energy efficiency, water efficiency, and environmental assessment methodologies.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Grasshopper, Rhino, or other visual programming tools.
